What to bring during your initial consultation?
Please bring the following during your initial consultation:
- Referral letter from your Doctor
- All medical history records
- List of medications
- Relevant available imaging (X-rays, CT scans, MRIs)
- Relevant available blood test results
Your first appointment is a comprehensive review of your medical-dental history and examination related to your particular problem. It includes the following:
- Reviewing a complete detailed history of the patient regarding all potential symptoms and causes.
- A thorough interview, to assure that we understand all of the patient’s concerns
- A comprehensive examination of the head, neck, and oral regions
- A detailed consultation with the patient and family regarding the findings, the diagnosis, the causes, and an appropriate treatment plan
- If needed, more specialised investigations will be advised.
